Some moments are so special, they deserve to be celebrated twice. This year, Tiegerman High School’s 15th Commencement Exercise was one of those moments, a day filled with pride, nostalgia, and excitement for the future. But this year was extra special: as we honored our graduating class, we also marked Tiegerman’s 40th anniversary of teaching the extraordinary.

Fifteen years ago, Tiegerman opened the doors of its high school in Richmond Hill, Queens, with a vision to empower students and help them achieve their full potential. Today, as we watched our 15th graduating class cross the stage, we reflected on just how far we’ve come.

This year, there was so much to celebrate. Our students have worked tirelessly, overcoming challenges and reaching new heights. Their accomplishments, both big and small, are a testament to their resilience, determination, and unique strengths. Every diploma handed out was more than just a piece of paper; it was a symbol of hard work, growth, and the unwavering support of everyone at Tiegerman High School.

As teachers and staff, we’ve had the privilege to witness our students’ journeys all while cheering them on through every hurdle, celebrating every victory, and watching them grow into confident, capable individuals. Seeing them graduate is a moment we’ll always cherish.

To our graduates: you are the heart and soul of Tiegerman High School. We are endlessly proud of your achievements and the bright futures that await you. No matter where your journey takes you, remember you will always have a home here, and we will always be cheering you on.

Congratulations to the Tiegerman High School Class of 2025! Here’s to 15 years of high school excellence, 40 years of teaching the extraordinary, and countless more milestones to come.

With pride and gratitude,

Tiegerman High School
